How to follow a subreddit in Feedly
If you follow subreddits in Feedly through Reddit's .rss links, those sources go dead on November 13, 2026. Replace them with a Redditrss link and Feedly keeps working as before.
Add a subreddit to Feedly
- Create the feed at Redditrss and copy the feed link.
- In Feedly, click Add Content in the left sidebar.
- Paste the feed link into the search box. Feedly shows the feed as a result.
- Click Follow, then choose the folder (Feedly calls it a feed collection) it should live in.
Replace an existing Reddit source
- Find the old Reddit source in the sidebar and unfollow it.
- Follow the new Redditrss link into the same folder, so your sorting and rules stay in place.
Tips
- Group your subreddit feeds in one folder, such as "Reddit", so you can scan them together.
- Feedly checks feeds on its own schedule. Redditrss updates about every 30 minutes, so a new thread can take a little longer to appear in Feedly than on Reddit.
- Following a topic instead of a subreddit? A Redditrss topic feed filters out posts that only share your keyword.

Feedly's built-in Reddit option
Third-party reports say Feedly's own Reddit integration uses Reddit's API, not the .rss feeds, so it is expected to continue past November 13. That API closes in March 2027, and a Redditrss link does not depend on a Reddit account in Feedly. Check Feedly's own announcements for its plans.
