How to get subreddit posts in a Slack channel

The Slack RSS app can post every new item from a feed into a channel. Use a Redditrss link as the feed and your team sees new Reddit threads as they appear.

Subscribe a channel

1. Create the feed at Redditrss and copy the feed link.
2. Add the RSS app to your Slack workspace.
3. In the channel, type /feed subscribe followed by the feed link.
4. New posts arrive in the channel, roughly every 30 minutes.

Tips

• Use one channel per topic, such as a channel for competitor mentions.
• For product tracking, use an AI-filtered topic feed so the channel stays quiet.
• Want rules or routing on top? Use Zapier or Make to send posts to Slack.

Why this matters now: Reddit RSS ends on November 13.
