Privacy policy

Effective October 18, 2026. Redditrss is operated by ReddGrow, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers redditrss.com and the Redditrss app at rss.reddgrow.ai.

What we collect

• Account data. Your email address and name, from email sign-up or Google sign-in. Redditrss uses the same ReddGrow login, so a ReddGrow account works here.
• Feed settings. The subreddits and topics you create feeds for, and each feed's secret link.
• Billing data. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, status and the last digits of your card. We never see your full card number.
• Feed requests. When a reader fetches a feed link, our servers log the request time, the feed and the IP address, to deliver the feed and prevent abuse.
• Support email. Anything you send us.

The public marketing pages at redditrss.com do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Reddit content

Feed items are public Reddit posts. We fetch them from public Reddit pages and cache them to build your feeds. We do not access your Reddit account and never ask for your Reddit password.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign you in, build and refresh your feeds, and charge for paid plans.
• To filter topic feeds. Post titles and snippets from public Reddit are sent to Google's Gemini model to decide whether each post is really about your topic. We do not send your email or account details to the model, and we use Google's paid API terms, under which your data is not used to train its models.
• To keep the service secure, fix bugs and answer support requests.
• To send service emails such as receipts and sign-in messages.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Why we may use it (legal bases)

• Contract: account, feed settings, billing and service emails, so we can provide Redditrss to you.
• Legitimate interests: feed request logs, security, abuse prevention and bug fixing.
• Legal obligation: keeping billing records for tax and accounting.

California residents

In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (email, name, IP address), commercial information (plan and billing status) and internet activity (feed requests), for the purposes above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information beyond running the service. You can exercise your California rights by emailing privacy@reddgrow.ai, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Who processes it

We use service providers who process data only on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting and database), Cloudflare (network and security), Resend (email) and Google (Gemini, the topic filter). ReddGrow's subprocessor list is the current source. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and feed data stay while your account is open. After you delete your account we remove it within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting. Request logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to or limit some processing. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) the law gives you these rights. Email privacy@reddgrow.ai and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority. You can delete a feed at any time in the app, which stops its link from working.

Security and transfers

Feed links are long secret URLs, so keep them private. Data is encrypted in transit. We are based in the United States, so your data is processed there. Where the law requires it, we rely on standard contractual clauses (and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified) for transfers.

Children

Redditrss is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
